For the purpose of applying for data for the distribution of aid to LZS asnaf, please click the link below and review the application requirements first.

Please submit your research application for the purpose of reference and permitted data analysis.

For applications for learning/study or research at LZS, please review the application requirements below first.

1. Applicants are required to prepare the following documents

a. An official application letter addressed to :

CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER
No. 1, Persiaran Bandar Raya, Section 14,
40000 Shah Alam,
Selangor Darul Ehsan.

b. Supporting documents including the proposal paper, interview questions/survey questionnaires, and any other documents relevant to the application.

2. The completed application together with all required documents must be emailed to: jbi@zakatselangor.com.my

3. All applications are subject to internal approval and the discretion of LZS.

4. Applications will be processed within 30 working days.

LZS reserves the right to reject applications submitted less than 30 days prior to the required data date or the interview/survey date.

5. Research applications involving a list of LZS customers’ names will be REJECTED.

6. Repeated applications involving the same type of request or the same applicant will be REJECTED.
